Shipping Address Terms and Conditions
Accuracy of Shipping Address
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Xential Shop will not be liable for any delays, losses, or damages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Shipping Address Changes
Once an order has been processed, shipping address changes may not be possible. If a change is requested, Xential Shop will attempt to accommodate the request, but cannot guarantee that the change can be made.
PO Box Shipments
Xential Shop may not ship to PO boxes. If a PO box is provided as the shipping address, Xential Shop may contact the customer to provide an alternative address.
Signature Upon Delivery
Signature may be required upon delivery of your order. If you are not available to sign for your order, you may be required to pick it up from a designated delivery location or arrange for re-delivery.
Delivery to Business Addresses
If your shipping address is a business, Xential Shop may deliver your order during regular business hours. If you are not available to receive your order during these hours, you may be required to pick it up from a designated delivery location or arrange for re-delivery.
Risk of Loss
The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
Delivery Time Line
After receiving payment, delivery will be made within 20 business days.
Prep Service Fees
If customer opt for our prep services. They will be required to pay additional fees to our Xential Shop.
Shipping Label Fees
If customer choose to have products shipped directly to their address, they will be responsible for paying shipping label fees.
